What data do we process, and why?
If you use the contact form we process the name, email address, and — where you provide them — company name, website address, preferred reply language and the content of your message. The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and, once an offer is under discussion, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Where a contract follows, the data is retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Who else sees the data?
We use processors to operate the service: Hostinger International Ltd. (server hosting, Frankfurt, Germany), Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (email delivery via Amazon SES, Frankfurt region) and Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, bot protection). All process data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Our servers and email infrastructure are located inside the European Union.
Cookies and measurement
We use one strictly functional cookie (`wa_lang`) that remembers the language you chose, so that we do not send you back to a different language on your next visit. It stores nothing but a language code, is not used for measurement or advertising, and under the ePrivacy rules it does not require consent. Beyond that, the site sets no marketing cookies. Web analytics runs in consent mode: nothing is stored for measurement until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie-settings link in the footer.
If you contact us on Messenger
We offer Facebook Messenger as a fast contact channel. We only link to it — this website loads no Meta scripts and sets no Meta cookies, so nothing happens until you choose to open the link. If you do write to us there, your message and profile name are processed inside Meta's platform under Meta's own terms and privacy policy, and we act as joint controllers with Meta for the data arising from our page, within the limits set by the Court of Justice of the European Union. If you would rather not use Meta, the contact form and email reach us just as well.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, [email protected]), or with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state.
