Scope
These terms apply to the use of the webaktivator.com website. They do not in themselves create a service contract: the terms of any engagement are agreed separately and in writing.
Who we work with — business customers only
We provide our services exclusively to businesses — that is, to natural or legal persons acting in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. We do not contract with consumers. Where an order is placed, we verify the customer's EU VAT identification number, and invoices are issued under the reverse-charge mechanism where the rules provide for it.
What this site is
This site presents our services and lets you contact us. Prices, timelines and deliverables shown here are indicative and are confirmed only in an individual written offer.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, graphics and source code of this site are our property, except where another rights holder is named. Reuse requires our prior written permission.
Liability
We prepare the content of this site with care, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free. We are not liable for the content of external sites we link to.
Governing law and language of the contract
Hungarian law applies: we are established in Hungary and provide our services from there. The language of the contract, and the authoritative language of these terms, is English. Translations of these terms into other languages are provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
